slow buggyhigh prices
i was frustrated with a couple of things. first, the buggy service was slow (i think they need more buggies!). it often took ages to arrive after calling. second, the food prices felt too high for the quality and i think the drinks were a bit watered down. i expected better from a supposed high-end resort.

The beach had crystal clear water. I liked swimming there. The rooms were spacious (we had a good bungalow). The restaurant at the end of the beach had great views, a plus.
The hotel location made it hard to get to the island center at night. Some staff spoke English poorly. There was almost no entertainment at night, only a band for some time at the bar. (I would have liked more activities).
